I went with my wife and parents, we have eaten the Frenchman's food before, only this was somehow different, the feel... of the food and the evening was home. The Pisaladiere was to die for, as was the stuffed artichoke and the Duck à L'orange, not to say the other offerings were not of the highest standard, because they were, just those three stuck out for me. Pairings of the wines was, also for me spot on, and being able to order said wines direct from him was a bonus.A privilege to have been able to attend this event, can't wait for the next.read more

Loic was recommended to me by a work colleague who knew his cooking and I used him for a surprise birthday party for my... wife. I gave him a budget told him what the 8 guests liked and together he came up with a menu that looked really enticing.On the night Loic arrived early, cooked and served each course telling us about each in detail.Each plate looked amazing and tasted amazing too, and Loic also gave us some really tasty surprises in between the courses that I didn’t expect .All 8 of us really enjoyed the meal, and I was delighted with the bill as the quality of the food would have cost us at least three times as much in an upmarket restaurant.I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and I and the guests are still talking about it months later!read more

While renting a holiday home in Sandbanks we where looking for a private chef. We found Loic and he prepared for the... fourteen of us an exquisite and amazing French menu. Food was beautiful to look at and of course to eat ! It was really easy to organise as Loic came and took care of everything. We just had to provide our own wine, seat and enjoy ! I booked Loic last Saturday for a dinner party for my Wife’s birthday at our house with My wife, myself and 6 x other... guests. All I can say is “wow” …and when can we book You again? 😊 The entire meal and experience blew us all away and had all of our guess completely “gob-smacked”, and we all wanted to thank you once again for what was one of the most fantastic meals and evenings, we have had !!! I would ideally like to go into intricate details about all the incredible flavours of each course we had and how they tasted, but I feel that would actually be spoiling the ‘surprise factor’ for the next person who tries this….all I can say is you have to do it ..you will not regret this 😊 Loics friendly, informal, and personable attitude, goes hand in hand with his professionalism, attention to detail, amazing skill with ingredients …and ..out and out.. talent to create taste sensations…that are in a word sublime. I had this meal delivered to my door tonight and cannot recommend it enough! It was fabulous. A couple of weekends ago, we (along with 6 other friends) had the pleasure of experiencing a 4 course meal prepared by... Loic. The dishes which mostly had a seafood theme to them, were not only beautiful to look at but delicious too! Loic was on hand during the meal to explain how the dishes had been created and his passion for good food is obvious.
